How does it work?

briick is a trusted community of property service professionals, built for quality over quantity — where only verified experts are matched with serious clients who value great work.
We currently work with:

- Click "Get started" at the top right of your screen.
- Select "I'm real estate pros" or "I'm tradie"
- Fill in your personal and business details.
That’s it! A team member will contact you within 3 business days. If you're a good fit, we’ll invite you to a trial period where you can take on real jobs and earn verified reviews. Once you’ve got 6 five-star ratings, you can apply to join the briick marketplace.
briick helps you get found, trusted, and booked by serious clients — without chasing leads — and makes you part of a trusted network of top property service providers
Homeowners and buyers request services, and we connect them with the right professionals. Here’s how:
- A buyer or owner submits a request for a service.
- They can view relevant pros and/or tradies profiles and choose who to connect with.
- When they click "get matched", you get their details and job/service request via email and on your lead board.
- You can contact. Make sure to mention you got the details through briick.

You can update your personal and business information directly from your profile page.
- Click the edit (✏️) icon on your profile page.
- Or go to Settings to make changes.
Your updates will be reflected on your public profile.
You can customise your profile with details about:
- The services you offer and your pricing
- Your profile picture and years of experience
- Any certifications or public liability insurance
- The languages you speak
- The best part of your job
- A misconception about your work
- Your superpower
Customers often choose experts based on these details—if they relate to you, they’re more likely to work with you.
You can also add examples of past work or documents you provide to clients, like inspection reports or photos of homes you've sold or staged.
Managing your leads
Here you can find all the information you need about the referrals you receive through briick
A lead is a potential customer matched to your business based on expertise and location. Here’s how it works:
- We send relevant service requests to your inbox as referrals.
- You can view full details—including contact info, job scope, timeframe, and property type—on your lead board.
- You connect with the customer and secure the job. Make sure to mention you got the details through briick.
It’s an easy way to get pre-qualified leads without any marketing effort.
Once you receive a lead, you’ll get their name, phone number, and email. We recommend emailing them first to set up an initial call—just mention you’re from briick!
