How does it work?

Here you can find all the information about how briick work, what services we connect you with and other general information.

Yes, it is. Our service is completely free for real estate buyers and owners!

Our current network of real estate professionals and traders includes:

  • Property inspectors
  • Conveyancers
  • Property lawyers
  • Interior cleaners
  • Exterior cleaners
  • Gardeners
  • Painters
  • Movers
  • Roofers

 

While this list covers many of the key services needed when buying, selling or maintaining a property, we're always expanding our network. If you can't find a specific type of real estate professional and/or trader you're looking for, feel free to reach out to us at hello@briick.com and we'll do our best to assist you.

If You Don't Have an Account:

  1. Click "Get Started."
  2. Select "I’m a home buyer or owner."
  3. Choose "I need an expert."
  4. Pick the tradespeople or professionals you need.
  5. Fill out a quick form to help us match you with the best fit for your needs.
  6. View your recommended options.
  7. Check their profiles and click "Get Matched" for contact details.
  8. Reach out to them directly or wait for them to contact you.

If You Already Have an Account:

  1. Click "Log in."
  2. Select what you need help with: buying, selling, or managing your property.
  3. Pick the tradespeople or professionals you need.
  4. Fill out a quick form to help us match you with the best fit for your needs.
  5. View your recommended options.
  6. Check their profiles and click "Get Matched" for contact details.
  7. Reach out to them directly or wait for them to contact you.

Requesting your services

Here you can find all the information you need about getting started and requesting the services you need to buy or sell real estate.

Yes, once you find a professional or tradie you want to contact, click "Get matched" on their profile to see their contact details. Be sure to mention that you got their details through briick.

Using briick is completely free for homeowner & buyers. However, you will need to pay the professional or tradie you choose for their services after you have approved their quotes and/or service rates. 

While we may not have every type of real estate professional or tradie listed yet, we’re always working to expand our network. 

If you can’t find the one you need, feel free to email us at hello@briick.com. We’ll review your request and try to connect you with the right professional or tradie, or bring them on board.

To remove a real estate professional or tradie you matched with, go to their profile.

Click the red heart icon to remove them from your “My experts” list.

You can always find and match with them again in the future when searching for the same expert type in the same location.

You can leave a review only after matching with an expert.

  1. Go to the expert’s profile.
  2. Click "Leave a review."
  3. Rate the expert and, if you like, add comments and photos.

If you’re unhappy with a service, we recommend reaching out to the expert first to see if they can resolve the issue.

You can report an expert from their profile after matching.

  1. Go to their profile page.
  2. Click "🚫 report this profile" (at the bottom on mobile, below contact info on desktop).

We’ll review your report and take appropriate action. Your help keeps our community safe and high-quality.

Managing your account

Here you can find all the necessary information about managing your account with us.

  1. Sign in to briick.
  2. Click your initials in the top right corner (desktop) or find "Settings" in the bottom menu (mobile).

In Settings, you can:

  • Update your personal details (name, email, locations, and goals).
  • Edit your profile preferences for app personalisation.
  • Change your password under "Security."

Becoming a real estate professional or tradie on briick is a separate process. You'll need to request a professional or tradie account and complete our registration process. 

The signup process is quick and straightforward. Here's how you can get started as a professional:

  1. Click the "Get started" button at the top right of your screen.
  2. Select the "I'm a real estate pro" or "I'm a tradie" option.
  3. Fill in your business details.

Once you submit your professional account application, we'll be in touch to walk you through the process. briick makes it easier for real estate experts and tradies to connect and communicate with their clients. We are on a mission to eliminate inefficiencies in the real estate and home improvement industries, replacing outdated processes with fast, reliable, and productive connections.

  1. Sign in to briick.
  2. Click your initials in the top right corner (desktop) and select "Report a problem", or find it in Settings in the bottom menu (mobile).

Describe the issue, and our team will look into it as soon as possible.
